UPDATE! -Romero Adult contemporary romance - You asked for it so it's coming!

 Official Blurb updated 9-19-11!

Prim and proper middle school teacher Isabel Montenegro always runs the opposite direction from men like Ramon Romero. A foul-mouthed, uneducated, loose cannon has no place in her careful plans. But instead of running away, Isabel is completely captivated. The intensity of his nature, while a bit daunting, mesmerizes her in ways she can’t begin to understand. She’s unwilling to walk away—even when her instincts are screaming at her to run.

Romero has no idea what he's getting himself into when he first kisses Isabel. Shocked at the passion she invokes in him, he believes he can keep his usual short fuse under wraps. Falling fast and hard for someone so flawlessly sweet only makes him more aware that he’s far from perfect. If she is ever witness to his biggest imperfection, he’s sure she’ll bail. But when her meddling sister does the worst thing imaginable—bring other men between him and his Izzy—that fuse is lit and all bets are off.

Can two people who are worlds apart teach each other how to love, or will the reality of their differences drive them apart?

Romero is coming an E-reader near you this fall!

  1. Thank-you! I recently read Forever Mine and Always Been Mine and loved them! I was really excited for Sweet Sofie to come out, but it's good to know I can also look foward to Sal and Romero's story. You're characters are so lovable and it's good to know that I can keep revisiting them. Really excited for this one!!

  3. Hi,

    Followed a link from Amazon!

Love the cover image. Hee hee, so sexy!!! Sounds like a must read...

I posted up a historical novella to the Kindle store, so only just feeling my feet on Amazon despite new author contract with a publisher. I want to see how well self-pubbed e-books fare, and feel it might be the way ahead for more exciting stuff.

  5. This is soooo wonderful! Not only a book about Sofie and someday Sal, but Romero?! I am so excited. Kudos to you Ms. Reyes for listening to your readers! I just loved Forever Mine and Always Been Mine. And I totally came across them by accident because I really thought I was too 'old' to be reading Forever Mine but after the sample I couldn't download it fast enough to read it. Thanks again and keep it up. You are a very talented writer.

  7. Hi! I thought I was excited when I read the Sofia teaser but wow!!! Now I'm just freaking out!!! I've loved the first two installments and I cannot wait for the rest. I also wanted to ask about some of the excerpts of other stories you have posted on your page. Will we be seeing the finished titles or are you only teasing!?!?!? I've read them all and I really hope there will be more to come.
Keep up the fantastic work! :)

  8. Eves, thank you so much for your interest and I'm glad you've enjoyed my stories. I am NOT a tease! Okay.. maybe a little. lol My hope is to someday have ALL my stories out there. I'd really like to make Glitters of Beth and Amazing Gracie part of my next series. Although as I've mentioned in one other post that I'll probably be changing the name on Amazing G since Grace happens to be Sal's love interest. I'll update as often as possible!

  10. Funny I'm getting that a lot. I had actually thought of writing his story before anyone suggested but here I thought the readers would find him too annoying or not likeable enough to want to read an entire story about him. Getting in his head has been so much more fun than I had anticipated. =)

  11. After reading Sarah and Angel's story. I got to love the other characters in was anxious to read the story of Valerie and Alex. Now I can't get enough of the Moreno's and want to read Sal and Romero's story soon. I am about to read Sofia's story. Who would have thought Alex was such a sweetheart? He seemed like a player in book one but to realize he is such a committed guy with a lot of pride. Anyway, I really enjoy these two books so far and I am ready to get the latest one and hope Sal's story comes out soon.
    Thanks for the good series!!!

Alex... he's my big guy with too much pride but he's soft on the inside. They all are. *sigh* hope you enjoy them all =)

  14. LOL Silvas you're not the first too suggest this. Unfortunately I know NOTHING about the movie industry. So until some hot shot producer comes a'callin, I'll stick to writing. =)
